Wexford Wildfowl Reserve

On Thursday February 27th 4th class took a trip to the Wexford Wildfowl Reserve or ‘The Slobs’ as they are often known. They took part in a bird and mammal workshop which involved a nature walk, a quiz and identifying birds and mammals from their bones. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful day and we spotted a wide variety of wildlife including hare, ducks, swans and geese.
