3^rd class have been very busy so far this year and we are working really hard!

We loved spreading Christmas cheer here in 3^rd class. We made Christmas cards and gifts for the residents in Wexford Mental Health Association units. We also went around to houses around the village to give cards and hampers to local residents.

This year we have completed many projects and we are currently learning all about Australia. We decided this time to put our IT skills to the test and complete our ‘Australia’ projects on Google Slides. We learned how to add backgrounds, pictures, change the font etc. They turned out really well! We then presented them to the class.

We began sowing seeds this week. We planted cress, sunflowers, salad leaves, French beans and peas. We know plants need soil, water, light and air to survive. We will keep on top of providing these things every day! We can’t wait to see them grow.
