Thank you to local artist, Róisín Markham, who visited our school and spoke to 5th class about mending clothes. She helped the pupils to do a running stitch and taught them how to sew a button. Thanks also to the Tidy Towns Committee who funded the sewing kits. We are learning to be “Sew Sustainable” 16/09/2026.
