In conjunction with the Green School committee, Lucy came to work with our younger classes on scooter safety. She spoke to them about the importance of using the scooter safely and they all got an opportunity to put the safety advice into practice too.
In other Active School news, our active school committee will be organising some fun initiatives and activities between now and Easter. We are also looking forward to the highlight of the Active School year – Active Schools` Week in June, including sports day. During this week, pupils will have the opportunity to experience and sample some new activities, games and exercises from a variety of trainers. It is always a popular and exciting week with lots of busy activity in every class.
