Here is the photo of the junior infants in their Easter Bonnets. We used paper plates and bowls, crepe paper, tissue paper, ribbons and feathers to create our Junk Couture!!
Junior Infants have been finding out about Polar Regions. We learned about animals who live in the Arctic and Antarctic and the different ways that they keep warm. We imagined what it would be like to be a polar explorer and listed equipment we would take with us on our expeditions. Together we wrote and illustrated an imaginary recount about a day in the life of a Polar explorer. We played with ice and did an experiment to see where in the classroom the ice would melt quickest.
