We recently held a debate in the G.P. room where 5th class students debated on two motions: ‘World Hunger Will be Eliminated by 2030’ and ‘Primary School Children Under 12 Should Not Have a Mobile Phone’. Every year we raise funds for a charity at Christmas. This year 6th Class and the Parents’ Association joined together to help fundraise €250 towards charity. All pupils and teachers were asked to wear their Christmas jumpers to school and donate €1 to charity.
