We are delighted to be taking part in Laya Healthcare’s Super Trooper programme to promote fun, family friendly activities to keep us active in 2019. Each student has received a Health Homework Journal to record their activities. Within these journals also are activity suggestions, games, recipes, mindfulness and challenges for all the family to get involved in. We look forward to tracking our progress over the coming months.
